【Work Introduction】
Snow falls hard in Kabukicho.
Neon lights paint the street in cyan.
Reflections shimmer across the wet pavement,
capturing a chaotic moment in beautiful stillness.

歌舞伎町に激しく雪が降りしきる。
シアンのネオンが路面を染め、
反射が揺れる中、都市の一瞬が静かに切り取られる。
喧騒と美しさが同居する、東京の夜の断片です。

【Background of the Photograph】
This photo was taken in Kabukicho, Shinjuku, on a snowy and bitterly cold night.
It was challenging to shoot in the freezing weather,
but the reflections of neon lights on the wet street were so beautiful
that I was determined to capture the scene.
In editing, I focused on bringing out the fleeting beauty of the moment—
where snow and reflections layered together to create a dreamlike atmosphere.

この写真は、雪が激しく降る寒い夜に、新宿・歌舞伎町で撮影しました。
凍えるような気温の中での撮影はとても大変でしたが、
濡れた路面に映るネオンの反射がとても美しく、
その幻想的な光景をなんとか写真に収めたいという想いでシャッターを切りました。
編集では、雪と反射が重なり合う一瞬の美しさを、最大限引き出すよう心がけています。
